Who we are
Meet Kathryne Winter
Kathryne is a Spiritual Director and founder of Rooted Formation, offering kingdom leaders space to connect more deeply with God and listen to their hearts. She creates compassionate environments where people can slow down and explore God’s invitations in the rhythms of everyday life. Her desire is to meet people right where they are and walk alongside them toward wholeness in Christ.
She holds an MDiv in Christian Formation and a certificate in Spiritual Direction from Denver Seminary and is trained to work with both individuals and groups. Rooted in the wisdom of the saints, her practice seeks to help others recognize their God-given worth and calling as God’s beloved.
What we do
Rooted Formation offers spiritual direction and formation for Kingdom leaders.
The aim of this practice is to provide spaces of care for anyone who feels called to care for others— pastors, mothers, teachers, leaders, and anyone in between. We do this by offering individual and group spiritual direction, debriefing services, and spiritual formation resources.
In all that we do, we aim to create spacious opportunities to slow down, reflect, and discover who we are as God’s beloved.
